Fluidsys was established in Bangalore in 2017 with a clear vision—to bridge the gap between engineering education and industrial practice in the field of fluid power engineering. Drawing upon many years of industrial experience, technical teaching, and professional training, the organization was founded to help engineers, technicians, faculty members, and students develop practical competence in hydraulics, pneumatics, and industrial automation.

Over the years, it became evident that many engineering professionals possessed strong theoretical knowledge but had limited opportunities to work with real industrial components and practical fluid power systems. Recognizing this need, Fluidsys developed an educational approach that combines classroom instruction, modern laboratories, practical experiments, circuit simulation, and industry-oriented training.

Today, Fluidsys continues to support individual professionals, engineering institutions, and industrial organizations through classroom programmes, corporate training, Faculty Development Programmes, technical publications, and international training initiatives.

Joji Parambath is the Founder and Director of Fluidsys Training Centre Private Limited. Throughout his professional career, Joji Parambath has been committed to advancing practical education in hydraulics, pneumatics, and industrial automation through training, technical publications, and industry engagement.

Professional Journey

With more than three decades of experience in engineering education and professional training, Joji Parambath has trained engineers, technicians, faculty members, and industrial professionals across a wide range of industries.

His professional experience includes:

Technical Contributions

Committed to promoting practical engineering knowledge, he has authored more than 38 technical books covering hydraulics, pneumatics, electro-hydraulics, industrial automation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and system design.

His publications are available internationally through Amazon Kindle Direct Publishing (KDP), and his book on Pneumatic Controls has also been published by Wiley.

Ramakrishne Gowda

Ramakrishne Gowda is a senior faculty member at the Fluidsys Training Centre in Bangalore. He conducts training courses both within India and internationally. With over thirty years of experience in mechanical engineering, he has organised and conducted training programs at the National Skill Training Institute (NSTI) in Bangalore, Hyderabad, and Chennai. He is an expert in pneumatics, hydraulics, electro-pneumatics, and automobiles.
